Research and Discovery
We conducted extensive research into global and regional B2B marketplaces such as Alibaba and IndiaMart, identifying local gaps in vendor onboarding, verification, and buyer workflows.
Platform Design and Engineering
- Built a user-friendly marketplace with advanced vendor search and filtering
- Created automated RFQ matching to connect buyers with relevant suppliers
- Designed personalized subdomains for each vendor to function as their own micro-website
- Developed a verification system to ensure vendor credibility
